Roger Raoul BELIBI : The Custodian of the Land

Since January 2020, he has been at the head of the very precious, sensitive and dense Department of State Lands in MINDCAF.  The Senior Civil Administrator is practically a household name in this Ministry.  Since January 2007, the very dynamic senior administrative staff has occupied most of the strategic positions here:  Head of the Studies and Litigation Unit at the Legal Affairs Division; Deputy Director in charge of Budget, Equipment and Maintenance; Head of the Studies, Planning and Cooperation Unit; Director of Land Tenure.  A winning casting for Minister Henri EYEBE AYISSI who, upon his arrival at the head of MINDCAF in 2019, set his sights on this buoyant Lekié native, entrusting him with this very delicate position.  The least we can say is that the former student of Government High School Nkoleton in Yaounde is paying him back very well. He has the profile of the job.  Loyalty, professionalism and efficiency are the assets which, added to his enormous intellectual background and work experience, make the member of the Board of Directors of the Urban and Rural Lands Development Authority (MAETUR), one of the operational levers used by the Minister of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure, to implement the vision of the Head of State, in State property, State lands and land tenure matters.  State lands management is in good hands.  The part-time teacher at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) and treasurer of the CPDM Lékié North-East section is keeping a watchful eye on State lands.
