The Ministry of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure organised on this 3 March 2025, the Legal clinic to mark the celebration of the 40th edition of International Women's Day (8 March 2025).
This event was chaired by the Secretary General of MINDCAF, personal representative of the Minister for State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure, Henri Eyebe Ayissi, with the participation of the gender focal team, that was in charge of organising this conference to exchange and share information. This Legal Clinic was held under the theme: “For All Women and Girls: Rights, Equality and Empowerment” and under the sub-theme: “Management of the Widow’s Heritage”. A number of other institutions were invited to share their experiences with the public as well as solutions to the problems of access to land for women in general and widows in particular.
MINDCAF is therefore demonstrating its determination to assist women in difficulty, using a number of facilities provided for by the law for them and thanks to the actions that Minister Henri Eyebe Ayissi carries out everyday to empower Cameroonian women by giving them access to secure and reliable land.
