Ceremony for the presentation of MINDCAF's 2023 Statistical Yearbook MINDCAF HAS Its STATISTICAL YEARBOOK!
MINDCAF presented its Statistical Yearbook last 29 July, in its Conference Room of Ministerial Building No.2, during a presentation ceremony attended by the Minister of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure, Mr Henri Eyebe Ayissi and partners who contributed to the production and effective formatting of this pivotal document, which compiles and presents statistical data on a specific topic or field, often on an annual basis, with a view to better meeting the needs of the population and various partners.
This document complies with the process for producing a Statistical Yearbook, that is, the identification of needs, meta data, the actual design of the model and finally the field trip for data collection. It is also a rich document containing data on MINDCAF's activities over the period 2019-2025, with the aim of indicating the trends and developments in Land Tenure, State Lands, Surveys and State Property procedures throughout the country by MINDCAF's central and devolved services.
The Statistical Yearbook is a decision-making tool, as it will henceforth enable the public to have access to statistical data on the activities carried out within this ministry.
It is the result of an instruction from Minister Henri Eyebe Ayissi. Its production stems from the will of the Minister and his support to its continued improvement and enrichment in terms of updating of the dynamic data.
Henceforth, this document will focus on statistical data that take into account data from all levels of society.
Through this document, one can have an idea of the number of Government houses, number of vehicles, State's rolling stock and data on the State's built and unbuilt property.
In short, this 2023 Statistical Yearbook covering 5 years, will make it possible to control and measure the actions that the Ministry of State Property Surveys and Land Tenure is implementing as part of the development and implementation of Government's policy relating to Land Tenure, State Lands, Surveys and State Property. In addition, concerning the missions of this administration, it produces a great deal of statistical data analysed by the Computer and Statistics Unit headed by Ms NOAH NDO Colette Nicaise, Head of Unit. These data, which were not often available to the Cameroonian public, will now be made public through dedicated platforms.
